I saw that too with the "you gotta go" thing. I was thinking he was part of the red team or one if the other groups and he was needed. Don't know though.
I'm pretty sure the lawyer guy is who he said that too. Was he was needed to sort out the raid situation. I think they just found out about it happening and it sounded like there were threats being made to their 7 o'clock bombshell guest who didn't want to come out at first. I thought maybe they needed him to give her the legal lowdown. Only a few minutes after he left the stage they came out and told everyone what was happening with her sos.
