If you keep watching what he says, apparently someone he was flying in (who had just got there) that is supposed to be saying something big; her office was raided during the flight to get them there by someone don't know who yet. Havn't watched it but just wanted to put that out there. So probably the f_i or some people from one of the alphabet soup are doing scare tactics on the people who are coming out to speak during this thing to try to shut them up.
