Because he’s Italian and Mario sounds more Italian over Andrew and is the name of a cartoon video game character and he’s using it to mock him. I don’t really know, just a guess. 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Mario is Andrew's dad and was also governor of NY at one time. That's why I thought maybe he was just referencingthe wrong Cuomo. Or maybe not!
