Yea I've noticed that since he occupied. S-Service would be wearing jeans and did not fit the part at all. In some instances I noticed they would use older suburbans and they would be noticeably dirty or un-kept. Really out of sync with the typical professionalism one would be accustomed to seeing from the S-Service.
