Okay, if true then what about company own phones that are strictly controlled by MDM (mobile device management) software? Some companies lock down phones so much that updates are not release until proven safe in a sandbox environment. I have more of a belief (>5%) that the Pillow Man's platform will have a major news drop around this time and much of those who have their phones turned off will miss the message.
