I have been reading a book on and off for about 12 years now, it was written in 1999 and was allegedly dictated to George Green by a group of benevolent ETs/higher dimensional beings (not sure which it is supposed to be honestly) but I have never been able to shake the truths in this book.
It is a message to humanity about some dark plans that have been set for us and intend to be completed before the end of this Zodiacal cycle.

The reason I bring this up is because the parallels to Q are insane and I noticed something else in the symposium.
Relevant quotes from this book:
"However, it was understood when you volunteered to do this, there would be a point that you would be fully reminded who and what you are and of the agreement you made. In other words you were promised a wake up call. This is your wake up call."
"The oppressors must work with the levels of the mind while it might be said that we have available the levels of the “heart.” The heart feels. A feeling can transform the beliefs held by the mind."
Now with these two quotes in mind, when Col. Phil Waldron said "We are trying to revive the hearts of humanity. This is your wake up call."
I instantly got goosebumps all over my fucking body, there is 100% a connection here.
Now to Q, here is a quote from these books, the only in the entire book that was in all caps:
"TRUST THE PLAN. PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE DAY-TO-DAY DETAILS. THIS KNOWINGNESS WILL BE YOUR ROCK ON WHICH TO LEAN. YOUR TOUCHSTONE OF FAITH"
The entire crux of this book is that there is nothing humanity can do to PHYSICALLY resist these oppressors, they have planned this for too long and have mapped out every possibility. No one is going to save us, we have to save ourselves. We do this by waking up a % of the population to trigger the mass consciousness of the planet to adopt a NEW PARADIGM and set aside the ways which were controlled by them for so long.
The Creator cannot intervene directly because it would violate our free will and this cannot be done. Using our free will, and Anons spreading the word and waking people up, exactly as Q said and exactly as these books have said, is our win condition.

I've read other things that fit pretty well with what you wrote.
The previous zodiac cycle ended in December (Age of Pisces, IIRC), and we are now in the Age of Aquarius. The old stuff (their plan) won't function in this age, and so it's crumbling. The mess they're making as they fumble around trying to hold it together is contributing to the revealing of their plan. I agree that physical resistance is not optimal in this situation, but we can reject them and their plan. When enough wake up and do that, we can finally move on.
That is precisely it, their plans are COUNTER to the expansive flow of creation and therefore require extensive manipulations to work.
As they manipulate, they wake up more and more of us.
These books said that they had a planned period of chaos, and that this benefits both of us. Because it is harder to create the new (which is what is necessary) if the old is functioning and people are content.
The chaos will create the discontent and feelings of wanting something new, which our collective minds will create.
I feel and have felt this since finding Q over three years ago. With MSM being the biggest obstacle, I feel like it’s about to tumble. Now that moms are getting involved on local levels...they’re is no going back and they will fight to the death. They’re getting elected now. It’s a beautiful thing to see patriots being elected.
Super moms are real and effective as hell.

The authors of this book say there is a specific race of aliens which have been deceiving us for millennia, these are the oppressors this book refers to, the ones with the dark plans.
There is no deception in this book, I know it when I see it and hear it I promise you.
This was written by benevolent ones, warning us of the deceptions of the malicious ones, I promise you that. And if this is a deception then why did Q adopt the SAME quotations and concepts and advocate for the SAME win condition?
And why is Col. Phil Waldron lifting essentially direct quotes from a book written to deceive us by fallen angels?

I agree, and our religions are mired and weighed down by thousands of years of humanity's bullshit being grafted onto it.
Who knows how warped Jesus' original message had become over the years.
I think the important thing that both religions and this book allude to is that their is absolutely a Creator and there are absolutely fixed Laws of Creation.
Remember when it was said that the nephilim came to Earth and mated with the daughters of man?
Those were the oppressive alien race these books refer to, with their DNA still flowing through sections of humanity to varying degrees.
They have been meddling in our affairs, THESE are the fallen angels. Not the benevolent ones. This is who these Luciferians worship, in fact I'd wager that Lucifer was simply an advanced member of this alien species potentially. That wouldn't surprise me. Their human slaves (Rothschilds, etc.) worship them as Gods and probably have for thousands of years.

Ah ha, well I'd wager my left foot the fallen angels being referred to were the malevolent alien race that has been fucking with us for eons and who the Cabal still worships.
They likely have the most "fallen angel" DNA left in them which makes them think they are superior and have the right to enslave us.
The ones who wrote the Paradigm books are NOT these fallen angels and there is NO deception.
