I would also like to know the full story. Just not sure what to think.

His wife’s background, name change, and how she ~happened to know the language needed for his first extradition negotiations at exactly the right time~ makes me feel like she’s his handler.

Just can’t get a good read. Which is ideal in the fog of war.
