What is the best VPN to use?

I am currently using ExpressVPN but it freakin sucks (I am constantly being disconnected over the last two weeks)

Any other VPNs I should consider?

Get out of express quick sharp, as others stated it's CCP owned! Using Surfshark which has a multi hop connection, zero logs (allegedly) and other stuff.
