Generally I agree. I just think when those patients find out they have been deceived by this nurse, they will never come to our side or be convinced by us due to this act. I realize they were already lined up to get the vaccine, but I hope this was out of ignorance, rather than making an informed choice.
As far as perspective, what I meant was, from the point of view of most members of this board, the nurse did the right thing by choosing not to harm the patients. I can agree with that. What I cannot agree with is doing this by deception, rather than providing information to the patient and having them decide, thus retaining their bodily sovereignty.

I agree with this assessment, I just wish she wasn't deceptive about it is all.
