I went to an all boys school … it was like a prison several hours a day, fenced in, no way out, gates were locked. We had to fend for ourselves.
Between classes, we had our opportunity to throw shade at the other classes… the comebacks were either pathetic or epic, fists were almost thrown. During break, the canteen was sacred ground… no fights, no shoves, only sustenance. But when you step out, shit gets real. Scores were settled, big kids would protest the meek, while the smart ones engineered their way into packs.
The toilets were incredibly dirty, shit and piss everywhere. Detention meant cleaning the toilets … so it just meant we had to be extra smart to avoid getting caught. There was a black market on all manner of contraband (no drugs)… deals were made, favors garnered, IOUs created.
Looking back it could seem pretty insane, but younger me was having immense fun. The game was played.
Looking I can see now we were never really alone.. the teachers were always around, vigilant, ready to smack your face if you crossed the line. Even had hard as shit bamboo canes they would whack you with.
If there were girls in my school, none of this would have happened.
Except inner city schools are already 100% black and black kids are still failing.
Quick, someone call Michelle Pfeiffer!!!
if he actually wanted to see results he would separate the boys and girls. there's studies that show both do better when seperated in school.

I wouldn’t change a thing.
