The fact that a shit ton of people did not get the emergency broadcast message is a big Something-Burger!

Either their systems are fucked up or they are purposely ignoring government emergency messages.

Hopefully the bureaucrats running the EMS system do their jobs and enforce compliance with emergency regulations. Otherwise, it’s time to start pulling some FCC licenses.
