Never received EBS on iOS. Anyone else?

I have it enabled in settings. In Atlanta right now. 2:20pm ET came and went, nothing? iOS 14.4

i think it was for selected phones only. My wife got several on her iPhone. I did not get any on my iPhone. Same att account. I did get the alert over the radio while driving. Sirius radio. I flicked the channel between two stations and both had the alert.
