It has NOTHING to do with infrastructure.

Quietly tucking unrelated laws into bills just to get unpopular stuff passed through is why people hate DC politicians.

The DS do what they like by virtue of 80% of reddit-tards and the like believing the piss poor theatre. Redditors need to be assured they're not being raped in the ass while the first 16 inches goes in.
