Nope. I put up a post here with a screenshot showing all of my Alerts were enabled and we got nothing. The SS is feom about 2:40Pm, but its been enabled all day. Idk, pede. That article is wrong, and thats definitely NOT why I didnt get it.

I had test alerts disabled. I had all emergency alerts enabled.

You have to dial this weird passcode into your phone on iOS, and androids have a specific setting that’s separate from the rest.
