God bless you, I don't know anything about Canadian law, but I will say a prayer right now for a positive solution for your dad. I hope a Canadian lawyer weighs in. Hey, if nothing else, look up Viva Frei on youtube. He probably has addressed the issue. Good luck and keep us posted.
