God bless you, I don't know anything about Canadian law, but I will say a prayer right now for a positive solution for your dad. I hope a Canadian lawyer weighs in. Hey, if nothing else, look up Viva Frei on youtube. He probably has addressed the issue. Other than that, can you get an exemption from your doctor or for religious reasons? All the best and keep us posted.
