I remember something about Vitamin C preventing viruses from multiplying, Zinc preventing viruses from breaking through your cell walls or something, I'm trying to talk my dad and uncle some sense. I want to go visit my Grandmother (who knows this is all bullshit too and takes her vitamins) but they don't want me too. My uncle even texted me that "she thinks taking all her vitamins will stop her from getting sick" I remember reading exactly how certain vitamins interact and prevent you from getting sick and was wondering if anyone knew that document?

Be careful with the 10,000 vitamin D a day thing. Unless you’re deficient that is a lot! Vitamin D is fat soluble, so unlike water soluble vitamins that you pee out the excess, it builds up in the body. Not saying dont take it necessarily, but be careful.

Well, I take 10,000 IU D plus 1 Super K each day. At one time I doubled that and was able to increase my D significantly (over 70)...all for the good I might add. I read several books before taking that amount so I was comfortable with the amount and more than happy with the results. Helped my arthritis tremendously.
