The link doesn't work anymore, but it was a post on telegram about the coming vaccination mandates and lockdowns being the trigger for the happenings. All to kick off later this month.

Along those same lines, I came across this tweet screenshot from a former Biden Covid response advisor hinting at some kind of foolproof vaccination tracking coming in a few weeks.
