No way. If they were in the dark then they weren’t doing their job.
I was a Justice of the Peace, responsible along with 14 others in my community for conducting our elections. I can assure you that no one among Us understood the complexities of the software being used. If you did you were one in a million.
These are election officials. They're responsible for the security and accuracy of the election. Its literally their job.
Chunkstyle1 is correct. I have worked as a poll worker when I was young. All i did was attend a 2 hour training. And on election day, I set up chairs and checked peoples names against voter rolls. That was about it.
No, it's possible they didn't know about the cyber cheating, which is what Lindell's symposium is about.
Dr. Frank told a story that went something like this:
He'd interview patriot clerks who'd done the job for 30 years. They'd proudly tell him they'd "followed ALL the rules" up to, and during, the election. They'd be adamant that there couldn't be any cheating/fraud with their #s because they'd done everything the way they were supposed to. They'd submitted their numbers and went home to watch the election on tv.
He'd then ask them if they verified that the numbers they'd submitted equaled the ones that were reported in the system. They'd be startled and would say, "no", BECAUSE THEY HAD NO WAY TO VERIFY IT.
A lot of the cheating was done behind the scenes via COMPUTER algorithms (formulas) for each state based on 2010 census data. Even if "good" data was submitted, "bad" things happened to it afterwards.
Most clerks know NOTHING about data and databases and only follow prescribed instructions/steps. By design, the software only gives users LIMITED access and LIMITED functionality (i.e., scripted steps and minimal "canned" reporting). Therefore, it is possible (probable) that many (most) clerks had NO inkling of the cyber cheating that went on.
