For 30 seconds today, all cable ( cabal ) broadcasting went BLACK. And it was beautiful.

During the EBS Alert, a 30 second period of total darkness was experienced on ALL cable broadcasting systems, ie. Television.

Did you enjoy the silence?

Go check to make sure testing alerts are on. There were 4 different types of alerts on my android and all were on but the testing one by default.

I have three different ones. That isn't the problem, i've been on top of that for a while.
