Anyway, Dr. Frank, speaking very Q like, purposed a series of questions, essentially amounting to "We Have It All". He states he had "sympathetic clerks" on board BEFORE the election, and recorded it all. Essentially saying he is responsible for today's leaked images that were dissected. In fact, he says all of this, and says they're going to have a "live forensic audit" - which we saw - which will prove everything we think we saw today.

Then the crowd sings along as he leads them in "God Bless America".
