These guys entering into suprastate contracts ..... but also be mindful of another organisation: See the book of States. It seems, slowly but surely every level of Stat government has it's own suprastate platform. And it started with FDR.
The more I read up on these matters, the more I realize how behind the curve we all are, because they did it in secret. Infiltration.
