I think the per kg dosage is the same for humans and horses (I think it's 90 micrograms per kg - that is from my memory so check!)
The syringe has gradations on it for different weights of horse so you just squeeze out the amount which corresponds to your weight which for me was around a centimeter or so.

"How much do you weigh?" -- "About a centimeter or so of horsey paste."
Just strikes me as funny all this expressing measurements in non-related units.
