His comparison is more of an allegory or analogy rather than a parable which is "an earthly story with a heavenly meaning". I am really not interested in the crime family details but the operations are certainly analogous to the voting crime family operations. We certainly see this criminal activity is pervasive at the local level all the way to the top. Very overwhelming so I do understand his comparison.
I think the crime family story was being communicated to the complicit ones that may be watching that they still have a chance to come clean.
I was thinking the same thing. Great presentation.
