A court of New York ruled in favor of a Conservative to let this case continue? Something fishy is in the water. I'm thinking the Left is a little smarter than that and there will be delays, stays, appeals, continuances and other tactics to slow down the deposition process. I bet when the "grand finale or golden nugget" is about to be reveled the Supreme Court of NY will do something to withhold any information O'Keefe has gathered.
O'keefe keeps banging the drum that this is a great day or he will upend the apple cart of whomever he is suing. Sure his MO falls in with Journalism 101 teachings, but the average American who watches him soon gets bored with his rhetoric. I know law suits are a long drawn out affair, but to keep hyping that a minor victory in an ongoing law suit is "the greatest thing since Ali's victory over Frasier" gets a little tiresome. I hope O'Keefe wins, but he needs to cool his jets on the pumping up of little victories.
Mixed emotions on this.
