I reposted this because I am a terrible speller. Sorry to those that had replied previously. One reply in particular liked the term hesitant because it implies open mindedness to the research. I do understand but I was looking at it more from the perspective of twisted speech, and repetitive sayings. You might be hesitant or you may be refusing. But hardly ever does big tech MSM or anybody say "refusal". IMO "hesitant" is purposely chosen to downplay the fact that they want to force everyone to do this. Optics for forcing people against their will are IMO still very bad. So to me this just screams more Marxist word play and that was the only point I was making.
