You are right that Trump signed both in 2018. I believe each of Trumps EOs make references to previous EOs that may have been signed by previous presidents. They may be daisy chained a bit.

Regardless, if there was foreign interference by China or other foreign countries, and they colluded with Big Tech, the MSM, Dems, Rinos, CEOs and Fortune 500 companies, I want ALL of them held accountable and treated as the traitors they all are.
