So, let’s assume that there are more correlations to the Matrix than the new euphemisms of “Taking the Red Pill to see how far the Rabbit Hole goes” or “Taking the Blue Pill to remain in the Matrix” (asleep). There is a strong chance from articles I have read (sorry but no specific titles that I can remember off the top of my head, but I read them on this site), about people dying and being used to feed the living, becoming a reality soon. Kind of like the movie Soylent Green. The obsession with popcorn here as we are watching a movie may refer to us “reading the code” outside of the Matrix (The Plan? NWO crap?) as watching the reactions and events of those still in the Matrix, either unintentionally or intentionally. I know we have at least once encountered someone turning on us, represented as the “Woman in the red dress” .
Etc. Etc.
Now, let’s look at characters...
Morpheus seems to me, to be all us pedes. Patriots, and whatnot from around the World that seek out, train and guide others to knowledge. The Architect, with it’s definite rules, is the Cabal, following rules like “They have to announce what they are doing”. Neo could be all those who have fallen in the fight, as being the Sacrifices, including the children, as the children have been very often, the motivating force to destroy the status quo of centuries long abuses. The children are also the Hope, like Neo. Smith is the media...started out with a function, but got corrupted with and by, power. Trinity is Trump, as Trinity stands behind Neo, and is fearless in her support of Morpheus (pedes and Patriots) and Neo (children). Zion represents the original Generals, and the non-woke Military members. JFK was the original algorithmic anomaly that created Neo. The WEF, Gates, NWO, UN and their Agendas is the Matrix.
And, what do you think? Is Q the Oracle?
hmmmm .... who fought all the bots? The people. Some were born inside the free city. Others were freed.
The anomaly, Neo, came from inside the matrix. The people bought the time for Neo to reach his goal.
But eventually, to balance things out, Neo had to be absorbed by the Smith program, in order to destroy it. It was not the end of the Matrix. But what the French would call: Co-habitation, where the right to leave the Matrix was established.
The analogy, like all analogies, eventually goes way off, but there is quite a lot one could learn from the movie.
For instance: what is driving Neo? The right to chose. = Liberty!
The chat with Merovingian, a technocrat. He does not recognize choice as the prime mover, but sees it as an illusion, due to power difference. As long as you can hide this image of power difference, you can leave people fooled in the choice illusion. Only those who discover the why have enough power to make choices and force their will.
Note what he says: it is my program to know everything. By knowing everything, he mistakes it for why. He cannot fathom the idea not knowing. While relishing in his genius of showing people to be out of control, he misses one vital spot: Persephone who also is now out of his control. And she made a choice to help. Why did she do that?
Tie this in with: Know thyself.
Was the Merovingian wrong? Was Neo wrong? Or is it a little bit of both?
Morpheus made the choice to go on a quest to find the One. Why? Conviction based on what? Did Morpheus, who Trinity said knew more than Neo could fathom, know everything?
How about Nioby and her ship? There was that captain who was so convinced of his own views, he even forgot he had no say of what she was to do with her own ship. Why did she give Neo and Trinity her ship?
How about the commander who defended the city. A man, convinced of his own capabilities and musings. Did he know everything? Was he capable of looking at things in a different light? Or was he deep down in tunnel vision and prevented it him from knowing?
Why did Trinity trust Neo to get Morpheus back? Where did that trust come from? Did she know rationally or was there something else?
What is our program? Who are we? Is it our program to manifest? To generate? To project? To reflect?
What is our deeper self role?
