Great idea. They should use the correct term which as we all know is: CIA Cartel!

The CIA worked with Chiang Kai Shek when he was fighting the person who became Chairman Mao. Chiang financed his operations using drug money. The CIA liked that idea. Their most recent scheme was to grow poppies in Afghanistan. I wonder why they do not want to leave Afghanistan? I wonder if there is a connection to Poppy Bush ...?
