Bar and Restaurant owners in San Francisco should just put a box of fake, printed "vax cards" next to the front door.
Every unvaxed person could pick up a card, show it, then put it back in the box. That way, they showed "proof of vax".
How was the person at the counter supposed to know they used a fake vax card? It looked legitimate at the time. :>)
This is kind of awesome of an idea......
