Yes of course he is intentionally portraying Biden as an incompetent fool. Look at the friendship bracelet with the pedo symbols. What about him admitting in public he got the prosecutor fired in the Ukraine? Admitting they had a comprehensive voter fraud operation? Telling people he did not need them to vote for him to get elected? The prat fall on the staircase? Come on man!
