Somehow I guessed Tavistock before I clicked on the link. I've noticed its absence. There was a board I used to visit godlikeproductions (or something similar) and the last post I made before I was completely locked out was comparing something to the methods used by Tavistock -- it appeared they didn't want the subject spoken of. Not sure where I first heard the name, but it was likely "Pale Horse" or John DeCamp's "The Franklin Cover-up".
