If Arizona decertifies the state's election, as soon as next week I've heard, does that start the ball rolling toward removing the President and push the nation into a Constitutional crisis situation with FEMA running the nation and the military handling foreign policy? My understanding is we MUST have a certification of all 50 states to have a president.
Or, does it take Georgia, which will be next to decertify, plus probably PA, WI and others that were flipped illegally to drop Joe's electoral count below 270 and then invoke the FEMA/Military/House election?
I believe neither would have the recorded votes to get to 270 based on the cheating because we would have to decertify the whole thing. That would revert it to the House where it gets good. Each state gets 1 vote. They MUST vote on party lines. There are 27 red states, 20 blue, and 3 I think are mixed? Something like that. But either way, there are not enough blue ones.
So...Trump wins it in the House too. Guess what body will push to NOT go there? They will demand a new vote to delay Trump getting into office as long as possible. But no matter what, he gets FOUR FULL YEARS! And others will get prison or death for treason. We either re-vote or decide it in the House. Either way...Trump wins.
As I have heard it, if one state - e.g. Arizona - decertifies, there is no president since all states must certify. At that point I'm not sure what happens, perhaps Military/FEMA temporarily takes over govt. They could recertify and call Trump the winner, in which case Bidan is still president, having more than 270 electoral votes.
If e.g. Georgia and Wisconsin also decertifies, Bidan would fall below the 270 electoral count and the 12th Amendment would automatically take effect, whereby it is the House that elects the president. Not by elected representative, but by state with one vote per state, and they must do so according to party line. The House has 27 R's and 20 D's and 3 I's, so Trump would constitutionally be voted in as president.
In theory, of course...

Where in the US Constitution does it say there is no president since all states must certify? With AZ going down we will be in a Constitutional Crisis, meaning the USC does not cover this scenario which is one state decertifying BUT the fake POTUS still will have more than 270 electoral votes (306 [what PEDOTUS has now] minus 11 [AZ's electoral votes). What this will do is tell the world Xiden is fake and jump start other audits. Lindell had reps from every state at CS this week, and many state reps have visited the AZ audit operation. It's grueling to watch this all play out.
So, except for that, the rest I wrote is correct?
