A clue was given during all that magnet furore, someone used a blacklight on it and their arm glowed. That will be the luciferase ingrediant causing that glowing. The vaxes are designed to cull in the first instance imo and all the boosters are preparing the bodies of those who survive to take the nano chip that Gates is so hot for. ID2021, the quantum tattoo which will only show up under special lighting (black light?) which will almost certainly be on the hand.
