You should read my other comments here. You’re speaking of what he may or may not have said while I have posted links to unedited and even live video of him speaking his own words on the matter. Not from some reporter but himself. Until you post better, more clear information, than what I have posted your opinion is hearsay or misquoted words taken out of context. Perhaps even lies possibly.
Did he say that Joe Biden won the election legitimately? Yes he did, unquestionably and in full context. That was either a direct lie, or a showing of complete ignorance. In either case, it was imo really bad.
Having said that, he was in a bad situation and maybe chose what he saw in that moment as the best path out. Again, not happy he chose that path; I would have chosen a very different path and I think I still would have escaped unscathed, but I am not going to damn a person for one mistake.
He answered the questions in the interview posted in the OP well. He stated clearly he is against mask and vaccine mandates, unequivocally. In my book that gives him enough plusses all by itself to overcome the deficit of the original minus he got the other day.
In addition he comes across as reasonable, as in, someone who can be reasoned with, as in someone who listens. I will take him on his word, and if he fails to live up to it, I will do everything I can to get him recalled.
That is how the system works (when and if it works). We have systems in place to take care of bad elections. We are right now being taught how to use them. This will not be the last time we use them, this will be the first time we use them understanding WE have the power in our government and over our representatives.

He's in the same category as Ben Shapiro- willing to sell you whatever it is your looking for and happy to fill a persona as long as the camera is on. We keep buying the same bullshit and then act genuinely surprised when we get the same results.
Even if he was the "right guy for the job" he's never winning Cali unless he was chosen by them to win..and if he was chosen you aren't going to want him in the position anyways.
