Scary stuff indeed! What's even crazier is that it could be used for big stuff like "mass shootings" and terror attacks, but it's the smaller, less noticeable things that are the most dangerous. For instance, imagine programming people to say, drop off thousands of fake ballots in a drop box, or getting people to go to "protests" just to have bodies there. Doesn't have to be violent. Of course this could be used for good aa well. Perhaps some people were programmed to go steal harddrives from Congressional offices on Jan 6th? And the most INSANE part about this, is that the people really won't remember. They would pass a polygraph. If there's not absolutely damning forensic evidence, they'd get off clean.
And the hypnosis is just the extreme usage to fully control somebody. All the subtle and yet not subtle programming that happens seemingly every minute od everyday manipulates people into thinking a certain way, acting a certain way, associating with certain people etc. How people are actually aware of what's going on? Only those awake with free thinking enough minds are capable of realizing that there are attempts regularly going on to try and dupe them.
Too crazy, was just talking about this with my wife earlier today as we got fast food lol. The Matrix hits on food several times. People programmed to eat food because it "tastes good" and is desirable, but terrible for them. The average American today is a tub of lard compared to say, the 1950s. And yet at the same time we have seemingly super human athletic elites like history has never seen. It's all due to genetically modified food and processed food. Some positive effects, but seemingly mostly negative effects. South Park had a fantastic episode with the "goo man" parody of There Will Be Blood and the impossible meat crazes. "So I can make my Shitty Chicken INCREDIBLE Shitty Chicken?" Cartman ironically hits in the point at the end....[paraphrase] "So this plant based food is processed and just as shitty as the processed food I liked but you wanted to replace with other shitty processed food because you thought it was healthier?" GREAT episode.
Another interesting thing about food in media, the Fast Food Wars referenced in Demolition Man... only Taco Bell came out alive and all restaurants became Taco Bell. Think of all the chains already? Massive corporations. All selling slightly different versions of the same shit food. But we keep eating it. I'm in decent shape, but gotta indulge every once in a while! Worker shortages everywhere in fast food. Taco Bell offering $15/hr and still nobody working. What if that collapses the industry, or at least forces consolidation? Honestly, humanity survives with just one burger chain... yay for capitalism, but do we really need McDs, BK, Wendy's, Carl's Jr, Hardees, In&Out, Sonic, Burgerville etc??? All the same shit food.
