Let's do this one chronologically for dramatic effect:
ACT I
In 1849, the widow Franklin married a second time, to Joseph Alexander Smith Acklen (1816–1863).[1][6] Together, they built the Belmont Mansion outside Nashville for use as a summer estate, complete with gardens and a zoo.[1][5][7][8] They had six children; two daughters died young, Laura (1852–1855) and Corinne (1852–1855). The others made careers and families: Joseph H. Acklen (1850–1938) became a politician and served as U.S. Representative from Louisiana; William Hayes Ackland (1855–1940) was an attorney, writer and art collector; Claude M. Acklen (1857–1920),[9] and Pauline (1859–1931) married a Mr. Lockett.[3]
Joseph A. S. Acklen died in 1863. Later, Adelicia Acklen married Dr. William Archer Cheatham (1820–1900), a physician and head of the State Insane Asylum. His father, Richard Cheatham (1799–1845), had served one term as United States Representative from Tennessee.[3] However, she soon grew dissatisfied with this marriage and moved to Washington, D. C., where she lived at 1776 Massachusetts Avenue.[3]
The Brookings Institution, often referred to simply as Brookings, is an American research group founded in 1916 on Think Tank Row in Washington, D.C.[3] It conducts research and education in the social sciences, primarily in economics (and tax policy), metropolitan policy, governance, foreign policy, global economy, and economic development.[4][5] Its stated mission is to "provide innovative and practical recommendations that advance three broad goals: strengthen American democracy; foster the economic and social welfare, security and opportunity of all Americans; and secure a more open, safe, prosperous, and cooperative international system."[3]
The main building of the Institution was erected in 1959 on 1775 Massachusetts Avenue. In 2009, Brookings acquired a building across the street, a former mansion built by the Ingalls family in 1922 on a design by Jules Henri de Sibour.[120] This extension now houses the office of the President of the Brookings Institution

So, "Lots a Dots", as they say in Conspiracy Theory 101... but what the heck is this all about:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adelicia_Acklen other than the coincidence of the address when she moved from her home outside of Nashville, which is now on the grounds of Belmont University.
Alex Trebek: Today's Final Jeopardy category is There Are No Coincidences... our contests have already written down their wagers... let's look and see what the Final Jeopardy answer is.
The answer is... Adelicia Acklen.
Contestant's, be sure to write you answer in the form of a question.
China certainly has a SHIT TON OF LAND. Plenty of space for bad actors to do things while flying under the radar. You know, I did an undergrad paper on the Sino-German cooperation during the interim between WW1 and WW2. Very interesting stuff, rarely studied or discussed. Nazi Germany was able to produce and train militarily in Chinese territory without the League of Nations or former/later Allies having a clue... why not Americans (and global cabal) do the same thing after ww2?
