The image seems to have originated from twitter account Jordheed McNajhabib whose tagline reads "Gay US military defeat by the manly Taliban" in arabic.

Look carefully and see that the photo has been edited with hidden gamer words, so who knows what else has been edited in it.

Also the account u/euro1066 is a 20 day old account with this as its only post.

Take this post with a huge grain of salt.
