very likely it is photoshopped. the shadow on the hat does not seem to match with where the light is on the ceiling right above it.

but, another possibility is that this is an office in a building they just took over and the person who working in that office was a Trump fan. perhaps they didn't check all the objects on the shelves before sitting down for a photo op.
