Xiden repeatedly spun The Coof as a failure of the Trump admin with "Muh 200 thousund" and made it a promise to eradicate it within months of him taking office, even going so far as taking credit for Operation: Warp Speed. It's a subtle but effective slap in the face for the people paying attention to POTATUS' failures in the WH.
