Read Law! Read the Constitution of both your State and the U.S. You can file suit Pro Se! There is a reason they call it practicing law. Lawyers have to do it a lot to get good at it and so can you. There is already legal precedence for fighting back against Governors overreach of power. The KY Governor is getting smacked down. Newsome is getting smacked down. Whitmer is getting smacked down.
