Women have never been given the chance to see how they lead. Look at all the fuck up MEN we have had! Obama, Bush 1 and 2, B Clinton, Carter, Nixon! So easy to claim that only men can lead, but look at the shit show in our history! Trump is the only great male leader we have had! I have worked for men and I have worked for women and men just expect others to take care of things while women get involved in the strategy, stay involved in the trenches and get the job done! I have seen nothing ( 30 yrs on the job) but weak men who just want to look good and expect women (like me) to make that happen for them!
