Well... There sometimes happen strong woman being leaders and politicans. Like Margaret Thatcher, Indra Ghandi, Lakshmibai, Ching Shih (郑氏) Sigrid Storråda (Świętosława,probably she could be daughter of first Polish king Mieszko), Olga of Kiev, Cleopatra. But such list is short as powerful women capable of quite successful leadership are not majority among women indeed.

I have worked for men and I have worked for women and men just expect others to take care of things while women get involved in the strategy, stay involved in the trenches and get the job done! As a woman, I’ll be damned if I work this hard to spread awareness and fight for liberty only to have men decide I’m not fit for office or leadership positions because there happen to be women who are evil and incompetent.

I take charge on business projects frequently because the men I’m with are often stuck in their frat boy business school days and can’t be bothered to do the task at hand. In terms of pride, though, some of the proudest men have fallen the farthest—and taken us all with them. In “woke” terms, the dangers of pride don’t discriminate based on sex.

Send good honorable men to their certain death is a horrible decision that I would find extremely difficult. I would make that choice for myself, but would not make that choice for others. That is why I am not a great leader. There are women that can do it and have. Thinking all women are shrinking violets is as bad as many other stereotypical generalizations. I have met some badass warriors that were women and they'd stab, shoot or break your neck just as soon as the male counterparts. Hard women are scarier than their male counterparts because they are rarer and almost seem psychopathic.
