Hillary, had she won, was going to pin a Nuclear Strike from North Korea or Syria on Russia to spark off WW3. They would trace Uranium decay from the blast to stores Russia had and claim they supplied Syria with fissile materials.

Sounds like a plot from a Tom Clancy novel....oh wait.
