They didn't step up when the election was stolen.
They didn't step up when the Supreme Court failed to do its job.
They seem fine with having our government being run by proxy from Beijing through the bribed Bidens.
They didn't step up when they were ordered to have their own soldiers injected with a potentially lethal experimental drug with permanent negative consequences for military capability.
If our military can stomach what has happened in Afghanistan on their watch then they are utterly useless. Their oaths mean nothing.
When should the military choose to follow or not follow when ordered to war by congress & the president?
Who in the military makes that decision?
Is there a clause for that insubordination in the US Constitution?
I agree with your sentiment, though I think it is far more gray than 'its the military's fault'.
At some point someone in the military will have to declare that the legitimate chain of command goes to President Trump, and not to Biden, and act accordingly.
It would not be insubordination. It would be recognizing the legitimate chain of command. Following orders from an illegitimate chain of command is treason.
I agree with you that the time to declare it may be when the evidence of China rigging the election is laid bare to the public.
