My question is, what's really going on at Camp David? If he was planning on going back to Camp David after his brief speech, why not just do his speech at Camp David instead of traveling back to Washington and then going back. Seems like a wasted trip.
I don't doubt that the buck stopped with Biden - went right into his pocket. All that other stuff, like responsibility, leadership, etc - that ship sailed right on past and he never even noticed it going by, just another passing shadow.
