I’ve had to change my diet because I found out I had Meniere’s. So that meant lower salt, sugar & processed foods. My son also said it would be good to eat/drink less dairy items. The hardest ones for me is bread & cheese, lol. But I’ve done pretty good, and have lost over 20 lbs.
I bet one of our anons here @basilpesto will be able to give great advice on this topic. Gave me lots of good advice.
Love dairy, taken off by nutritionist and feel much better. Buttery toast I substitute homemade aioli and do allow myself an icecream once a month or so. Best tip I got from the board was fulvic acid. Cap full in glass of water first thing. Gives me energy. Probiotic and magnesium at night.
