That's not the full explanation. As incompetent as they are, China Joe took additional measures to further handicap these incompetents. The blame lies with China Joe.

The Afghan Army was hobbled with no pay, supplies or ammo. They still went to work daily. They gave a shit but had no backing. We supplied some training but it was pointless. Beyond all that, of course it wasn’t just the ugly fall of Afghanistan but will be known as Joe’s final blunder. Kamala & Sea Hagg waiting in the wings...
