There are some idiots but they don't tend to run cyber warfare missions, fly aircraft and they also don't tend to be the higher end door kickers that will be rounding up the Deep State Poop Stains.
Still warrants caution when they are deployed in the cities, some could be a bit jumpy depending on the quality of their training and professionalism of their unit.
