Even if the maker of that meme got fooled by the deepfake, the "crackpipe" is clearly just weed. So you have to question their intentions at making this bullshit.

Deepfakes will be how the DS tries to obfuscate any real video evidence being released in the future. So we should be extremely careful about not helping them out by spreading easily debunked deepfakes as legit.
